The Neighbourhood Arts Network is a partnership between the Toronto Arts Foundation, Art Starts and the Ontario Trillium Foundation. It was launched on January 27th to a full house at Harbourfront Centre. Guest appearances were made by the Ontario Minister of Culture, Michael Chan, and Councillor Adam Giambrone.
