The billboard tax in Toronto has been passed, but zero new money has been invested in beautifying or democratizing access to public spaces with art in the 2010 Budget. Yet, the purpose of the tax was to support arts and city beautification projects. Make your voice heard on Monday March 1st, 6:30pm in Committee Room #2, City Hall (100 Queen St. West).
